For a GTA 6 Xbox digital preorder, sign in to the Microsoft account that placed the order and open Order history. If Cancel item is available, select the preorder and confirm cancellation. If you have been billed and cannot cancel, open the official Xbox refund request route and check the conditions shown for your transaction. A submitted request is not an approval.
The Taiwan Xbox listing identifies GTA VI as an Xbox Series X|S preorder. Match the product and edition in your order with the listing for the purchase you intended.
